Executive summary
Fiscal year 2025 net income, Group share, was €218 million, with consolidated net income at €354 million, down from €1,750 million in 2024 due to prior year one-off gains and losses.
Revenue reached €2,924 million, a 9% decrease at constant scope and exchange rates year-over-year.
Proposed dividend of €4.80 per share, up 9%, and intention to pay an exceptional interim dividend in 2026 linked to Bolloré SE's extraordinary payout.
