Q2 and first half performance

• Achieved strong Q2 results, surpassing expectations and building on an excellent Q1.

• First half adjusted profit before tax expected to be about double the prior year's H1 (£81.5m).

• North America saw robust volume growth with hyperscale customers, boosting both Technology Sourcing and Professional Services.

• UK delivered excellent growth in Technology Sourcing, including AI-related projects, and strong Professional Services growth.

• Germany experienced good Technology Sourcing growth, though Professional Services remained subdued.

Outlook and order backlog

• Committed product order backlog at 30 June 2026 was significantly higher than at the end of 2025 (£7.1bn).

• Strong order intake during the half supports a positive outlook.

• Full-year results are now expected to be comfortably ahead of market expectations.

• Analyst consensus for FY 2026 adjusted profit before tax is £313.7m (range: £305.0m–£324.3m).

• Half year results will be published on 8 September 2026.
