Executive summary

• FY26 consolidated revenue rose 166.07% YoY to Rs 9,178.85 lakh and PAT rose 187.38% to Rs 1,177.62 lakh; growth was accompanied by negative operating cash flow of Rs 1,080.65 lakh.

• Operations span railway infrastructure, power transmission and distribution, water and wastewater projects, automation, and electrical-panel manufacturing.

Financial highlights

• Standalone total revenue was Rs 8,707.77 lakh versus Rs 3,364.08 lakh; PAT was Rs 1,115.15 lakh versus Rs 404.64 lakh.

• Consolidated revenue from operations was Rs 9,133.83 lakh, including Rs 8,844.32 lakh of EPC services and Rs 289.51 lakh of panel sales; other income was Rs 45.02 lakh.

• Consolidated PBT was Rs 1,595.20 lakh and tax expense Rs 417.58 lakh; PAT was Rs 1,177.62 lakh, versus Rs 559.95 lakh PBT and Rs 409.78 lakh PAT in FY25.

• Standalone EPS was Rs 7.54 versus Rs 2.75; consolidated EPS was Rs 7.96 versus Rs 2.79. The year’s 4:1 bonus issue is relevant to per-share comparisons.

Outlook and guidance

• A fresh issue of up to 5,894,400 equity shares is proposed for the BSE SME platform; the DRHP was filed March 29, 2026, and the RHP was in preparation.

• Proposed IPO proceeds are primarily earmarked for property acquisition and capital expenditure, incremental working capital, and general corporate purposes.
