Unaudited H1 2026 results improved YoY, supported by higher sales volumes, commercial execution and operating-efficiency initiatives.
Net sales rose 18.1% to MXN 11,657m; operating income increased 16.0%, EBITDA 15.7% and controlling net income 18.5%.

H1 net sales were MXN 11,656.8m, up 18.1% YoY; gross profit rose 19.5% to MXN 7,722.4m.
H1 operating income increased 16.0% to MXN 4,989.1m; net income attributable to controlling interest rose 18.5% to MXN 3,674.1m.
H1 EBITDA was MXN 5,410.0m, up 15.7% YoY; financial income net was MXN 172m, versus MXN 49m in H1 2025.
Q2 net sales increased 19.7% to MXN 6,006.5m; operating income grew 15.5% to MXN 2,443.9m and net income 22.7% to MXN 1,780.2m.
Q2 EBITDA rose 15.0% to MXN 2,657.6m; basic EPS was MXN 2.10, up 23.5% YoY.
Outlook and guidance
Mexico 2026 GDP forecasts were 0.8% from OECD, 1.07% in Banxico’s private-sector survey and 1.2% from IMF; 2027 estimates were 1.8%, 1.76% and 1.9%, respectively.
OECD projected global GDP growth of 2.8% in 2026 and 3.1% in 2027; IMF projected 3.0% and 3.4%, respectively.
