Opening remarks and agenda
Chair opened the hybrid meeting, acknowledged traditional custodians, and outlined meeting protocols and voting procedures.
Meeting opened with introduction of the Board and procedural matters, including online participation and voting instructions.

Shareholders voiced both support and opposition, citing national interest, long-term value, emotional ties, foreign ownership, and adequacy of the offer.
Supporters cited the opportunity to realize value and reinvest elsewhere.
