Meeting business
Shareholders were asked to receive and consider the Financial Report, Directors’ Report, Sustainability Report and Independent Auditor’s Report for FY ended 30 June 2026.
The meeting considered a non-binding ordinary resolution to adopt the FY2026 Remuneration Report.
