2Q26 financial results

• Net revenue was R$2,481m, up 17.7% YoY; gross margin was 34.4%, versus 32.7% in 2Q25.

• Net income was R$452m, up 16.4% YoY; net margin was 18.2%, versus 18.4% in 2Q25.

• 6M26 net revenue totaled R$4,506m, up 11.0% YoY; net income was R$748m, up 4.6%.

• ROE was 19.9% in 2Q26, compared with 19.5% in 2Q25 and 21.2% in 1Q26.
