H1 2026 revenue rose 53.7% YoY to RMB489.7m, while profit attributable to owners increased 72.3% to RMB66.9m; gross margin expanded 1.7 percentage points to 35.2%.

Operating cash generated was RMB197.9m versus RMB47.3m; cash and equivalents were RMB527.7m at June 30, 2026.
Outlook and guidance
H2 priorities include brand development, a broader mid-to-high-end folding-bike range, new folding e-bikes, channel expansion, technology investment and Huizhou plant capacity upgrades.
Plans also include expanding BICECO in mass-market segments, developing overseas channels and deepening patent, brand and channel licensing through Sharing 360.
