Executive summary
Revenue grew 6.7% year-over-year to €120.3 million, with strong contributions from Data Capture and Industrial Automation segments.
Profitability declined due to inflationary pressures, especially on memory and logistics costs, resulting in a net loss of €5.7 million.
Adjusted EBITDA fell 35.8% year-over-year to €4.3 million, with margin dropping to 3.6%.
Net financial debt increased to €32.3 million from €14.9 million at year-end 2025.
Financial highlights
Gross operating margin rose €0.7 million to €49.5 million, but margin percentage decreased to 41.1% from 43.3%.
Adjusted EBIT was negative €3.2 million, down from negative €1.4 million a year earlier.
Net loss for the period was €5.7 million, slightly improved from €5.9 million loss in Q1 2025.
Net trade working capital increased by €17.1 million since December 2025, mainly due to higher inventory and lower payables.

Revenue growth for 2026 is confirmed, expected mainly in the second half.
Margin recovery depends on successful price increases and cost control to offset rising memory and logistics costs.
Order intake slowed at the start of Q2, adding uncertainty to short-term profitability.
