Executive summary
Q3 revenue reached a record NT$150.3 billion, up 34% year-over-year and 21% sequentially, driven by strong server power and liquid cooling system shipments.
Gross profit and EBITDA both set new all-time highs, with gross profit at NT$52.4 billion, up 34% year-over-year, and EBITDA at NT$35.4 billion, up 45% year-over-year.
Net profit after tax for Q3 was NT$18.6 billion, up 51% year-over-year and 33% quarter-over-quarter.
EPS for Q3 was NT$7.16, a new historical high, compared to NT$4.75 in Q2 and NT$2.76 in Q3 last year.
Operating profit increased 51% year-over-year and 33% sequentially, with operating margin improving to 16.5%.
Financial highlights
Year-to-date sales totaled NT$393.3 billion, up 28% year-over-year, with gross profit at NT$134.3 billion, up 32% year-over-year.
Year-to-date operating profit reached NT$57.5 billion, up 56% year-over-year, and net profit after tax was NT$42.8 billion, up 53% year-over-year.
Year-to-date EPS was NT$16.47, up 53% from NT$10.80 in the prior year period.
Q3 gross margin was 34.9%, operating margin 16.5%, and net margin 12.4%.
Q3 EBITDA margin was 23.5%.
Outlook and guidance
Strong demand expected to continue into Q4 and next year, especially for data center and AI-related products.
