Executive summary
Revenues for the first nine months of 2025 increased by 8% year-over-year to €343 million, with gross merchandise volume up 8.4% to €422 million.
Operating EBITDA for 9M 2025 was €6.6 million, down from €10.6 million in 9M 2024, impacted by negative currency effects and inflationary costs.
Net income for the period was negative at €-3.2 million, compared to €-1.5 million in the prior year.
Revenues forecast for the full year 2025 has been raised to €490–510 million, with operating EBITDA guidance confirmed at €19–21 million.
