Executive summary
Achieved record profitability in H1 2025, with turnover up 10% to over €2.1 billion and EBITDA rising 35% to €464 million (21.9% margin), mainly driven by Offshore Energy segment growth of 27% year-over-year.

Free cash flow: -€414 million (including Havfram); +€123 million excluding Havfram.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year turnover expected at least in line with 2024; full-year EBITDA margin now expected to slightly exceed 20%.
Full-year CapEx forecasted at ~€300 million, excluding Havfram acquisition and vessel completions.
Management sees healthy tender activity and expects further order intake in coming months.
