Executive summary
Q3 2025 revenue rose 4.6% to DKK 8,296m, but organic growth was -2.4% year-over-year, with Ferry Division in line and Logistics Division outperforming except for TES.
EBIT declined 32% year-over-year to DKK 536m, mainly due to route changes and Mediterranean performance.
A Cost Reduction Programme was launched, targeting DKK 300m in savings by 2026 and a reduction of 400 office positions, with a DKK 100m one-off cost in Q4 2025.
CO2 ferry emission intensity from own fleet lowered by 2.7% year-over-year.

EBIT guidance lowered to DKK 600-750m (from DKK 800-1,000m), excluding one-off costs, due to Mediterranean uncertainties.
One-off cost of DKK 100m expected in Q4 2025 for the Cost Reduction Programme.
Adjusted free cash flow target reduced to DKK 0.9bn for FY 2025.
Operating capex reduced to DKK 1.3bn, with increased proceeds from asset sales.
