FY25 financial performance

• Gross revenue reached $3.9b, up 14.9% year-over-year, exceeding guidance, with recurring gross software sales at $1.1b and EBITDA at $159.4m, up 22.4%.

• Net operating profit before tax was $124.7m, up 10.1%, and earnings per share rose 8.6% to 47.4c.

• Gross profit margin was 9.0%, slightly down from 9.6%, while operating costs as a percentage of gross revenue improved to 5.1% from 5.4%.

• Australia saw gross revenue up 17.2% to $3.28b, with $45m from AI-specific deals; New Zealand revenue grew 3.6% to $581.2m, with net profit after tax up 54%.

• Net assets increased to $257.0m, with net debt reduced by $12.8m to $293.0m and a debt service cover ratio of 7.35.

Dividend policy and capital management

• Total FY25 dividends paid were 44.5c per share, fully franked, with a new payout framework of 80–100% of NPAT and a 1% DRP discount.

• Quarterly dividend structure retained, with the first FY26 interim dividend declared at 11.5c per share.
