Contracting and capital allocation

• A 15-year contract with a global technology firm, backed by investment-grade credit support, secures 71MW and brings SYDI to 100% contracted across 88MW.

• The contract validates the targeted capital allocation strategy; ~A$1bn of U.S. asset sales over 9 months fully funds SYDI and accelerates contracting ahead of plan, with no new equity required.

• SYDI has planning approvals, power and water secured, and is targeted to deliver an attractive double-digit YOC.

Development and earnings pathway

• The 20MW project is complete; the 52MW expansion is underway under a fixed-price lump-sum D&C contract with Shape Australia.

• First 10MW of the expansion is targeted to be energised and income-producing in late Q4 FY27; the balance is planned progressively through FY28, with the full 88MW project targeted for completion by end-FY28.

• Identified capacity supports a pathway to ~ $250m of Australian Platform Stabilised EBITDA, with ~ $1.2bn of capex estimated over FY27-FY28.

Funding and balance sheet

• Pro forma liquidity is $1.2bn post U.S. asset sales; expected net equity proceeds are ~ $470m, and SYDI development costs are fully funded.

• Gearing is 39%, or 18% on a pro forma basis; interest rate exposure is fully hedged at a 6.0% effective cost, with the first debt maturity in FY29.
