Executive summary
Revenue for Q1 2026 was 223.0 MSEK, down 10.9% year-over-year, with gross margin at 24.3% (24.6%).
EBITA was -2.5 MSEK (-2.4), and net result was -6.1 MSEK (-9.6), with EPS at -0.01 SEK (-0.34).
The group completed a consolidation strategy, now consisting of Aurdel (incl. Deltaco Baltics), EFUEL, and Tight AV.
Septon segment was divested in Q2 2025 and is now reported as discontinued operations.
Financial highlights
Revenue excluding currency effects was 220.9 MSEK (239.8).
Own brands (EMV) accounted for 89.0 MSEK (111.5), or 40.3% (46.9%) of sales.
Cash flow from operations was -18.2 MSEK (-34.7).
