Executive summary
Revenue for Q4 2025 was 265.5 MSEK, down 7.5% year-over-year; full-year revenue was 927.2 MSEK, down 20.6% year-over-year.
EBITA for Q4 was -0.3 MSEK (3.1), and for the year -98.4 MSEK (-89.3); adjusted EBITA for the year was -1.0 MSEK, excluding significant one-time items.
Net result for Q4 was 8.4 MSEK (89.4); full-year net result was -97.0 MSEK (-28.9).
The group completed a rights issue, increasing equity by 106 MSEK and liquidity by 75 MSEK.
Septon segment was divested in Q2; focus is now on Aurdel, EFUEL, and Tight AV.
