Strategic focus and jurisdiction

• Advancing the world's largest undeveloped uranium deposit, the 100% owned Viken Deposit in Sweden, with significant resources of uranium, vanadium, potash, and other critical metals.

• Operations are centered in Sweden, a top mining jurisdiction with a long mining history, strong government and community support, and a low corporate tax rate of 22%.

• Viken Deposit hosts an inferred resource of 4.33 billion tonnes at 161 ppm U3O8, containing 15 billion pounds U3O8, with substantial vanadium and other metals.

• Additional advanced-stage uranium polymetallic properties include Sågtjärn, Nianfors, Ardnasvarre, and Alum Shale, all with historic drilling and resource estimates.

• MobileMT geophysical survey at Viken identified nine new target areas, three of which show stronger signatures than the current deposit.

Economic assessment and financial metrics

• Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for Viken shows an after-tax NPV8% of US$2.88B, IRR of 46%, and payback in 2.1 years.

• After-tax free cash flow is projected at US$531M/year, with a 13-year mine life and negative all-in sustaining cash costs of -US$118/lb U3O8.

• Initial capex is US$876M, with annual production of 3.3M lbs U3O8 and significant by-product credits from vanadium and potash.
