Profit after tax rose 5.4% to $38.0 million for the year ended 30 June 2025, with underlying profit (excluding special income items) up 2.4% year-over-year.
Pre-tax NTA per share increased to $6.40 from $5.83, and the share price at year-end was $5.19.

Revenue from the investment portfolio was $43.7 million, down from $46.5 million year-over-year.
Earnings per share were 17.6 cents (16.5 cents excluding special income items), up from 16.6 cents (16.0 cents excluding special items) in 2024.
Total comprehensive profit was $120.3 million, up from $99.3 million in 2024.
Management expense ratio remained low at 0.12%, or 0.16% including managed fund fees.

Directors expect the investment portfolio value to fluctuate in line with market movements and intend to maintain a diversified portfolio for long-term capital gain and income.
