Financial highlights

Gross profit reached ₹236.9 Cr, with a margin of 42.1%.
EBITDA margin stood at 17.6%, and PAT margin at 10.5%.
Operating cash flow for FY25 was ₹183.3 Cr, with significant investments in capacity expansion.
Basic EPS for the quarter was ₹9.44, up from ₹8.54 year-over-year.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year CapEx is expected to be ₹210–225 Cr, focused on land, building, and machinery for ongoing and new projects.
Management reiterated FY26 guidance of 18–20% sales growth and EBITDA margin of 16.5–17.5%, with PAT margin guidance of 10–10.5%.
Commercial production at the new 44-acre facility expected by end of Q4 FY26, with meaningful impact from the new plant starting Q1 FY27.
Results are not directly comparable to previous quarters due to recent acquisitions, including STPL and Uniclan Healthcare.
