FY2026 trading and outlook

• Committed Revenue was $261M as at 12 Oct 2026, up 35% YoY and equal to 121% of FY2025 revenue; within the $250M–$270M FY2026 outlook.

• Implied average weekly revenue for FY2026 was $4.8M–$5.2M; FY2027 Committed Revenue stood at $29M, with $17M for FY2028 and beyond.

• FY2026 revenue outlook implies 15%–25% annual growth from FY2025 revenue of $216.5M.

1H 2026 financial performance

• Revenue was $125.8M, up 74% YoY; recurring revenue was $11.5M, up 229% YoY and 9.2% of revenue, versus 4.9% in 1H 2025.

• Gross profit was $75.5M and gross margin 60.0%, versus 65.3% in 1H 2025; mix of third-party products and inventory impairment affected 1H margin.

• Underlying EBITDA was negative $12.4M versus positive $8.0M in 1H 2025; cash and term deposits were $180M at 30 June 2026, with no debt.

Products and recurring services

• RfAI-3 is a third-generation RF intelligence engine designed to identify emerging threats beyond catalogued signature libraries; RfRecon launched, with first orders from a Tier 1 Western European military end-user.

• First RfRecon deliveries and revenue, using RfAI-3 software, were on track for end-2026; further hardware releases and software and Mission Ready Services builds were planned through 2027.

• Mission Ready Services launched 1 Oct, combining software updates, eLearning, specialist support and an access portal; 4,200 software-enabled devices were under subscription as at 12 Oct.

• Solutions use open, interoperable architecture spanning proprietary RF detection, defeat and software, alongside partner radars, optical sensors, novel sensors and effectors; 15 partners were listed.
