Executive summary
Achieved total revenue of ¥11.59 billion for the first nine months of 2025, up 58.67% year-over-year, driven by strong growth in net fee and commission income and interest income.
Net profit attributable to shareholders reached ¥9.10 billion, a 50.57% increase year-over-year.
Basic and diluted EPS for the period were ¥0.5760, up 50.55% year-over-year.
Financial highlights
Net fee and commission income rose 86.79% year-over-year to ¥6.64 billion.
Net interest income increased 59.71% year-over-year to ¥2.41 billion.
Investment income was ¥2.16 billion, up 3.15% year-over-year.
Operating cash flow was negative ¥6.59 billion, down 110.27% year-over-year, mainly due to increased scale of funds lent and reduced net cash from securities trading.
Total assets at period end were ¥380.25 billion, up 24.12% from the previous year-end.
Shareholders’ equity reached ¥88.88 billion, up 10.10% from year-end 2024.
