Executive summary
Revenue for Q4 2025 increased 8.2% year-over-year to €8.7M, with operating profit at €0.2M versus a loss last year.
Full-year 2025 revenue declined 3.6% to €32.7M, operating profit was €1.0M (down from €1.6M), and net result before taxes was -€0.3M.
Packaging materials demand grew from Q2 onward, offsetting weak dairy machinery sales.
Cost-cutting and inventory reduction measures improved liquidity.
Financial highlights
Q4 2025 EPS was €0.12 (vs. -€0.32), and full-year EPS was -€0.07 (vs. €0.07).
Equity per share rose to €6.28 (from €6.06), and the equity ratio improved to 62.5% (from 56.1%).
Net gearing decreased to 13.8% (from 31.9%), and cash at year-end was €7.2M.
No dividend proposed for 2025.
Outlook and guidance
