Strategic positioning and resource base

• Holds the largest measured and indicated hard-rock lithium resource base in North America, with a combined mineral resource estimate of 227Mt at 1.14% Li₂O and ore reserves of 105Mt at 1.16% Li₂O.

• Fully funded for phased expansion, with diversified assets including North American Lithium (NAL), Moblan, Authier, and Carolina projects.

Operational performance and financials

• Operational consistency maintained despite temporary mining constraints, with mill utilisation at 91% and recovery peaking at 71% in Q4 FY26.

Growth projects and expansion plans

• NAL expansion aims to increase production capacity from 199ktpa to 373ktpa through staged debottlenecking and mill upgrades, with a total expansion capex of US$271 million.

• Moblan project resource base increased 6.5x since acquisition, now at 121Mt @ 1.19% Li₂O, with updated feasibility studies underway to assess higher production rates.

• Carolina Lithium is advancing through permitting, designed as a fully integrated mine-to-chemical operation with a DFS supporting 242ktpa spodumene and 30ktpa battery-grade LiOH production.
