As of March 2022, Embassy Office Parks REIT’s portfolio comprises 201 state-of-the-art buildings and 33.6 million square feet completed operating area. The portfolio also comprises strategic amenities, including two operational business hotels, four under‑construction hotels, GROHE Experience Centres, serviced apartments and a 100MW solar park supplying renewable energy to tenants. Embassy REIT is managed by Embassy Office Parks Management Services Private Limited., which is an indirect subsidiary of Blackstone.
