Q3 2025 continued a positive trend in occupancy and sales, with improvements across all geographies and business lines, and a 1.8 point year-over-year increase in group average occupancy to 88%.
Organic revenue growth reached 6.4% year-to-date, accelerating to 7% in Q3, driven by higher occupancy and favorable pricing.
