Executive summary
Achieved all-time high order book of INR 12,145 crore (₹121,443 million) as of June 30, 2025, up from INR 11,717 crore at March 31, 2025, with consultancy comprising 56%.
Q1 FY26 turnover rose 40% year-over-year to INR 857 crore (₹8,921 million), with strong growth in both consultancy and turnkey segments.
Profit before tax increased 27% year-over-year to INR 94 crore (₹9,376.31 lakhs); profit after tax rose to INR 70 crore (₹7,008.05 lakhs).
International business, especially from the Middle East and Abu Dhabi, contributed significantly to order inflow, with major contracts from ADNOC and Saudi Arabian Chevron.
Major consultancy orders secured include projects for BPCL, NFSC, JNPA, and overseas contracts, with investment in Numaligarh Refinery Ltd.

PAT margin improved to 10% in Q1 FY26 from 8% in Q1 FY25.
Outlook and guidance
Revenue growth guidance for FY26 is 15-20% overall, with consultancy segment expected to grow 12-15%.
Consultancy segment margins expected to be 20-25% for the year, with LSTK margins at 5-7%.
If change orders are approved, growth could reach 30-35%.
Focus remains on achieving net zero by 2035 and expanding both domestic and overseas consultancy projects.
