Executive summary
Revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, reached PLN 2,443.6 million, up 16% year-over-year, but the period closed with a net loss of PLN 13.0 million compared to a net profit of PLN 7.7 million a year earlier.
The net loss attributable to equity holders was PLN 20.1 million, with non-controlling interests posting a profit of PLN 7.1 million.
The group operates in general contracting, renewable energy, and industrial services, with activities in Poland and other EU countries.

Gross profit from sales for the nine months was PLN 174.6 million, up from PLN 174.1 million year-over-year.
EBIT for the period was PLN 15.5 million, down from PLN 33.6 million in the prior year; EBITDA was PLN 54.0 million, down from PLN 65.1 million.
Gross margin remained stable at 7% year-over-year.
Basic and diluted EPS for the nine months was -1.68 PLN, compared to -0.04 PLN in the prior year.
Cash and cash equivalents at period end were PLN 184.1 million, down from PLN 300.3 million at the start of the year.

The group continues to monitor geopolitical and economic risks, especially the impact of the war in Ukraine, rising material and labor costs, and currency fluctuations.
Management is focused on geographic and segment diversification and ongoing contract renegotiations to mitigate risks.
