Financial highlights
DBF revenue was INR 702 crores vs INR 632 crores, up 11% year-over-year.
Consolidated EBITDA margin rose to nearly 36% from 35% year-over-year; EBITDA was INR 277 crores, up 11%.
PAT for Q1 was INR 125 crores, up from INR 89 crores year-over-year; net profit margin improved to 16.2%.
Export revenue was INR 68 crores vs 74 crores year-over-year; EBITDA from exports was INR 22 crores.
Interest expense reduced by 20% year-over-year.
Outlook and guidance
Reaffirmed consolidated guidance for the year, maintaining 15–21% growth target despite Q1's 7.5% growth.
Net debt guidance of INR 1,800 crores by year-end, targeting net debt/EBITDA of ~1.5x.
CDMO business expected to contribute INR 100 crores per annum from FY27, with international business targeting INR 1,000 crores by FY29.
Insulin cartridge production at Bhopal to commence in Q4, with market opportunity expected from November/December.
FY26 revenue guidance: INR 3,325–3,500 crores; EBITDA: INR 1,190–1,255 crores; EPS growth: 50%; ROCE ~22%.
