Executive summary
Revenue for Q1 FY2027 was ¥1,808 million, up 16.6% year-over-year, driven by strong overseas sales, especially in hand nutrunner products.
Operating income surged 136.3% to ¥414 million, with operating margin improving to 22.9% from 11.3% a year ago.
Net income attributable to shareholders doubled to ¥269 million, a 105.2% increase year-over-year.
Overseas sales accounted for 77.5% of total revenue, up from 67.0% last year, while domestic sales declined 20.6%.
Financial highlights
Gross profit rose to ¥957 million from ¥692 million year-over-year.
Operating income increased to ¥414 million from ¥175 million, and ordinary income to ¥428 million from ¥202 million.
Comprehensive income reached ¥392 million, a dramatic increase from ¥16 million last year.
EPS for Q1 was ¥27.03, up from ¥13.19 in the prior year.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year revenue forecast remains at ¥8,602 million, up 7.1% year-over-year.
Full-year operating income projected at ¥1,707 million (+8.4%), net income at ¥1,219 million (+4.8%).
