Executive summary
Consolidated annual revenue for 2024/2025 was €32M, down 11% year-over-year from €35M.
International sales rose 26% to €22M, driven by overseas deliveries of Dracula and Weekend in Taipei.
Catalogue revenues declined due to fewer rights windows in France and the US, with TV/SVOD sales down €8M.
Several new films completed or in post-production, with Dracula set for release in July 2025.

Theatrical distribution revenue fell to €0.2M from €0.9M year-over-year.
Video & VOD revenue stable at €1.2M in France and the US.
Television & SVOD revenue dropped to €5.2M from €13.3M, mainly due to fewer major franchise releases.
Series revenue increased to €0.8M, primarily from a US SVOD sale.
Outlook and guidance
Dracula by Luc Besson to be released in France in July 2025, expected to impact fiscal 2025/2026.
Hell in Paradise and Disorder completed or in post-production, with releases planned by end of 2025.
Around 15 new film and series projects in development, some with external partners.
