Excelerate Energy, Inc., a leading global provider of liquefied natural gas solutions and marine bunkering services for the maritime sector, today announced that it completed its previously-announced acquisition of Titan Energy Services LLC, a provider of LNG solutions in the United States. Excelerate Energy expects to gain from a more efficient operating structure and unified global go-to-market strategy across two complementary businesses with a combined fleet of approximately 100 ships operating around the world. Through its 45 million gallon per annum regasification capacity at its facility near Port Everglades, Florida, Excelerate offers both onshore and offshore bunkering services for LNG industrial customers and commercial operators globally.
