Executive summary
Standalone revenue for Q1 FY26 rose 4.6% YoY to Rs. 4,510 crore and 8.4% sequentially; consolidated revenue reached Rs. 4,695 crore, up 5.9% YoY.
Standalone PAT grew 14.6% YoY to Rs. 320 crore; consolidated PAT was Rs. 275 crore, up 24.7% YoY.
EBITDA margin improved to 12.2% from 11.5% YoY, driven by better price realization, product mix, and cost excellence.
Strong liquidity with zero debt and robust cash flow generation maintained.
Financial highlights
Standalone EBITDA for Q1 FY26 was Rs. 548 crore, up from Rs. 494 crore YoY and Rs. 467 crore QoQ.
Standalone PBT for Q1 FY26 was Rs. 430 crore, up 14.9% YoY and 25.4% QoQ.
Standalone EPS for Q1 FY26 stood at Rs. 3.77, compared to Rs. 3.29 YoY.
Consolidated profit before tax for Q1 FY26 was Rs. 385 crore, up from Rs. 316 crore YoY.
Total comprehensive income (consolidated) for Q1 FY26 was Rs. 1,241 crore, up from Rs. 693 crore YoY.
Outlook and guidance
Management expects demand to improve, focusing on product mix, innovation, and cost efficiencies.
Investments in manufacturing technology are expected to yield results in the latter part of FY26.
Lithium-ion cell manufacturing project is on track for commercial operations in FY26.
