Net profit for the nine months ended 30 September 2025 surged 187.8% year-over-year to QR 587.5 million, with EPS rising to QR 0.022, up from QR 0.008 in the prior year period.
Total comprehensive income reached QR 581.1 million, compared to QR 201.2 million in the prior year.
The group completed the sale of an investment property, generating a gain of QR 115.6 million.
Rental income increased 3.4% year-over-year to QR 1,337 million, and operating profit rose 4.6% to QR 1,151 million.

Net cash from operating activities was QR 1,057.2 million, with a net increase in cash and cash equivalents of QR 718.0 million.
Total segment income for the period was QR 1,529.96 million, up from QR 1,367.28 million.
