Q3 2026 net income reached $74.31 million, compared with $52.27 million in Q3 2025 and $71.89 million in Q2 2026; diluted EPS was $0.52, versus $0.36 and $0.50, respectively.
Results reflected continued net interest margin expansion; total assets were $15.16 billion at Sept. 30, 2026, and loans reached $8.54 billion.
Financial highlights

Provision for credit losses was $2.03 million, compared with $24.44 million in Q3 2025 and $4.18 million in Q2 2026; the year-ago provision reflected a large fraud-related loan charge-off.
Noninterest income was $35.64 million, versus $34.26 million YoY and $35.84 million QoQ; noninterest expense was $81.05 million, versus $73.67 million and $81.11 million.
9M 2026 net income was $217.75 million, versus $180.27 million in 9M 2025; diluted EPS was $1.51, versus $1.26.
