Revenue for Q2 2026 rose 29% year-over-year to $1.07 billion, with net income up 56% to $93.5 million and diluted EPS at $2.12, driven by strong pawn operations, higher gold prices, and expansion across all major markets.
The company completed the H&T acquisition in the UK in August 2025, integrated the store platform ahead of schedule, and agreed to acquire Ramsdens for £231.7 million, expected to close by year-end 2026, expanding the UK footprint to over 450 locations.

Adjusted net income for Q2 2026 was $110.1 million, and adjusted EBITDA was $201.4 million.
Six-month revenue: $2.13 billion (up from $1.67 billion); net income: $201.2 million (up from $143.4 million); adjusted EBITDA: $412.1 million.
Trailing twelve months: $4.1 billion revenue, $388 million net income (GAAP), $447 million adjusted net income, $802 million adjusted EBITDA.
Free cash flow for the first half of 2026 was $130.0 million; operating cash flow (TTM) was $673 million.
Outlook and guidance
The Ramsdens acquisition is expected to close by the end of 2026, financed through the existing credit facility and subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
Management raised full-year pawn revenue guidance due to strong Q2 and ongoing demand, expecting pawn segments to contribute over 90% of 2026 net revenue and pre-tax income.
U.S. pawn: mid-teen or better growth in pawn fees, 10–15% retail sales growth, 42–43% retail margins expected for 2026.
Latin America pawn: ~20% pawn fee growth (USD) and mid-20% retail sales growth expected in H2 2026.
AFF segment: 2026 gross transaction volumes forecast down ~10% YoY; net revenue expected to decrease 20–25%.
