Aims to become the leading 24/7 liquidity provider by 2030, converging traditional, digital, and tokenized asset markets through advanced technology, AI, and deep learning.
Six strategic pillars guide growth: research and technology, product, connectivity, distribution, trading and execution, and risk and capital.
Focus on scaling ETF business, expanding digital assets, entering tokenized asset trading, and building quantitative trading capabilities.
Unified 24/7 global distribution model and low-latency infrastructure to deepen counterparty relationships and support always-on trading.
Leadership team with deep industry experience and diversity is positioned to deliver on these strategic priorities.

Financial Ambitions and Capital Deployment

2030 targets: net trading income over €1 billion, return on trading capital above 50%, and EBITDA margin above 45%.
Trading capital base to reach at least €2 billion by 2030, with current capital at €1.1 billion after 75% growth since 2Q24.
All profits to be reinvested for growth, with dividend suspension justified by high returns on retained capital.
Cost management through workforce optimization, technology expense control, and automation, with OpEx growth mainly from tech investments.
Updated 2026 fixed OpEx guidance to €235-245 million due to non-recurring items and increased tech investments.
