Financial highlights

Free cash flow increased 41.5% to €147.4 million; cash flow from operating activities declined 11.9% to €157.1 million.
CapEx rose to €140.2 million (+68.6% YoY), mainly for Terminal 3 expansion and Malta projects; full-year guidance at or below €300 million.
Net liquidity decreased to €398.4 million after €147M+ dividend payout; equity ratio remains strong at 68.7%.
EBITDA margin declined to 40.4% (from 42.0%); EBIT margin at 27.9% (from 28.4%).
