Q2 2026 net earnings were $396 million ($0.78 per share), up from $384 million ($0.76 per share) in Q2 2025, driven by rate base growth, higher retail electricity sales at UNS Energy, and strong contributions from ITC and Western Canadian utilities, partially offset by higher costs, asset dispositions, and FX impacts.
Year-to-date net earnings reached $897 million, with EPS steady at $1.76, and capital expenditures totaled $2.7 billion in the first half of 2026, supporting ongoing infrastructure and growth projects.
