Executive summary
Revenue for the first nine months of 2025 increased by 19.6% year-over-year to €147.0 million, driven by large framework contracts from the previous year becoming effective.
EBIT more than doubled to €20.7 million compared to €10.1 million in the prior-year period.
Order intake normalized at €148.0 million (prior year: €203.9 million), while order backlog rose to €279.2 million from €256.4 million.
Net income after taxes reached €15.6 million, up from €5.7 million year-over-year.
Financial highlights
Gross margin improved to 58.2% from 56.8% year-over-year.
Personnel expenses increased to €45.1 million due to workforce expansion and higher wage costs.
Equity ratio strengthened to 59.7% as of September 30, 2025 (December 31, 2024: 57.8%).
Cash and cash equivalents decreased to €43.9 million, mainly due to a €6.0 million dividend payout.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year 2025 revenue expected between €200–210 million, with EBIT forecasted at €25–28 million.
