Executive summary
Jan–Sep 2026 net sales rose 5.7% to CHF 3,172.0m; growth excluding Labor Team was 2.7%.
Pharmacy growth, home care and Diagnostics supported sales, while Q3 wholesale momentum was constrained by ERP-related product restrictions.
Financial highlights
Products & Care net sales increased 10.9% to CHF 1,446.3m; Logistics & IT sales rose 2.7% to CHF 2,498.0m.
Services & Production net sales grew 5.8% to CHF 93.6m; excluding Bichsel pharmaceutical production closure, growth was 10.5%.
Outlook and guidance
FY 2026 sales growth guidance remains 5%–7%; adjusted EBIT growth guidance remains 6%–8%, excluding IAS 19, IFRS 16, IFRS 3 and one-off effects.
Adjusted EBIT growth corresponds to 9%–11% excluding prior-year one-off items; Bichsel production-division closure costs were expected mainly in H1 2026 and excluded from adjusted EBIT.
Q4 wholesale growth momentum is expected to improve following the successful ERP switchover.
