Executive summary
Revenue grew 12% year-over-year to £316.6m in H1 2025, with adjusted EBITDA up 14% to £70.9m and adjusted EPS up 13% to 47.9p, driven by strong German performance and recent acquisitions.

Interim dividend increased 14% to 7.4p per share, and a £45.1m share buyback was completed.
Outlook and guidance
Management confirmed full-year 2025 adjusted EBITDA guidance of £139.4m–£143.1m and expects adjusted EPS to be slightly above the top of the consensus range.
CapEx for 2025 is expected to be £21m–£24m, with continued 90%+ cash conversion.
For 2026, a £6m gross profit headwind is anticipated from PSTN and connectivity transitions, but operational efficiencies and UK restructuring are expected to offset this.
UK restructuring in H2 to save £6–8m annually from FY26, with a £3m exceptional restructuring cost in 2025.
Growth drivers include new product variants, AI-powered solutions, and further European expansion, especially in Germany.
