Executive summary
Revenue for the six months ended 30 June 2025 rose 97% year-over-year to RMB6,467.8 million, driven by increased property sales recognition.
Net loss attributable to owners narrowed to RMB1,008.2 million from RMB2,179.1 million in the prior year period.
Basic and diluted loss per share improved to RMB0.0607 from RMB0.1312 year-over-year.

Financial highlights

Direct operating expenses decreased to RMB608.5 million, while finance costs fell to RMB493.8 million.

Impairment losses of receivables surged to RMB773.9 million, primarily from joint ventures and associates.
Share of results of joint ventures and associates recorded a loss of RMB128.2 million, a significant improvement from RMB1,362.7 million loss year-over-year.
