Executive summary
Q3 2025 revenue reached $1.688 billion, at the high end of guidance, with strong double-digit year-over-year growth in automotive and communications infrastructure/data center segments, which together made up 28% of total revenue.
Gross margin expanded both sequentially and year-over-year, reflecting a shift to higher-margin products and increased non-wafer technology services.
Nearly 150 new design wins were secured in Q3, with over 90% awarded on a sole-source basis, highlighting strong customer partnerships.
The company is capitalizing on secular trends in AI, optical networking, and supply chain reshoring, with significant investments in U.S. and European manufacturing capacity.
Expanded partnerships and new technology platforms, including CBIC and 40nm Ultra Low Power SoCs, were announced.

Q3 2025 revenue was $1.688 billion, flat sequentially and down 3% year-over-year.

Full-year 2025: automotive revenue to grow mid-teens %, communications infrastructure/data center to grow in the low 20s % range.
