Opening remarks and agenda
Chair welcomed attendees to a hybrid AGM, introduced the board and executive team, and outlined housekeeping.
Acknowledged traditional custodians of the land and set the agenda, including financial review, board elections, and Q&A.
The meeting included addresses from the Chairman and the Managing Director & CEO, followed by items of business for shareholder consideration.
Financial performance review
Underlying EBITDA for FY25 was AUD 308 million, up from AUD 268 million in FY24.
Underlying NPAT reached AUD 87 million, compared to AUD 77 million in the previous year.
Total grain handled increased to 31.6mmt, oilseed crush volumes rose to 557kmt, and Animal Nutrition sales volumes grew to 713kmt.
Core cash position at year-end was AUD 321 million.
FY26 guidance: underlying EBITDA expected between AUD 200–240 million, NPAT between AUD 20–50 million, with lower agribusiness and agri-energy earnings forecast.
Board and executive committee updates
Samantha Hogg and Sarah Adam-Gedge were nominated and elected as Independent Non-Executive Directors in 2025.
Committee roles updated, with Samantha Hogg as incoming Audit & Risk Committee Chair.
Retiring director Kathy Grigg was acknowledged for her leadership and contributions.
Board unanimously supported the election of both new directors.
