Opening remarks and agenda
Meeting opened with housekeeping, acknowledgment of traditional custodians, and board introductions.
The meeting included addresses from the Chairman and the Managing Director & CEO, followed by items of business for shareholder consideration.

Financial performance review
FY 2025 underlying EBITDA was AUD 308 million, up from AUD 268 million in FY 2024.
Underlying NPAT reached AUD 87 million, compared to AUD 77 million in the previous year.
Core cash position at year-end was AUD 321 million.
Total grain handled increased to 31.6mmt, oilseed crush volumes rose to 557kmt, and animal nutrition sales grew to 713kmt from 517kmt.
Record volumes delivered across business units despite compressed margins due to global oversupply and low prices.
Dividend announcements
Final FY 2025 dividend of AUD 0.24 per share, fully franked; total dividends for the year AUD 0.48, unchanged from FY24.
Share buyback returned AUD 38 million to shareholders.
