Executive summary
Revenue for the six months ended 30 June 2026 declined by 14.5% year-over-year to RMB861.0 million, with net profit plunging 91.7% to RMB6.9 million due to lower gross margin, loss of international business consolidation, and higher administrative expenses.
PRC segment revenue fell 1.8% mainly from lower average sales prices and reduced filling machine revenue, while international segment revenue dropped 52.3% due to lower sales volume and prices.
Gross margin decreased to 14.3% from 16.1% year-over-year, and net profit margin dropped to 0.8% from 8.2%.
Financial highlights
Gross profit fell 24.2% to RMB122.8 million; other income decreased 45.8% to RMB14.8 million.
Administrative expenses rose 30% to RMB102.6 million, while selling and distribution expenses decreased 24.8% to RMB24.6 million.
Cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB211.3 million as of 30 June 2026, down from RMB461.7 million at year-end 2025.
No interim dividend was declared for the period.
