Executive summary
Q3 2025 organic revenue grew 3.4% year-over-year, with balanced contributions from price (1.8%) and volume/mix (1.6%), driven by strong execution, innovation, and premiumization, especially in Oral Health and VMS categories.
All regions delivered positive organic revenue growth, with EMEA & LATAM and APAC leading, and emerging markets up 7.1%, led by India and China.
Outperformed the North American market in consumption every quarter, despite a challenging macro environment, with particular strength in oral health, respiratory, and digestive health.
Innovation pipeline, premiumization, and productivity savings supported category and geographic expansion.
Capital allocation discipline and significant shareholder returns, including £1.1bn returned YTD, underpinned performance.
Financial highlights
Q3 2025 group reported revenue was £2,799m, up 0.7% reported and 3.4% organic year-over-year, with net M&A diluting revenue by 2.3% and FX by 0.4%.
Oral Health grew 6.9%, VMS 4.9%, Pain Relief 3.7%, Digestive Health 2.1%, Respiratory Health declined 1.8%, and Therapeutic Skin Health & Other down 1.1%.
North America organic revenue grew 0.4%, EMEA & LATAM up 5.3%, and APAC up 5.1%.
9-month 2025 organic revenue growth was 3.3%.
SKU count reduced by 19% since the start of 2024, improving gross margin and working capital.
Outlook and guidance
FY 2025 organic revenue growth expected around 3.5%, assuming a normal cold and flu season, with high single-digit organic operating profit growth anticipated.
North America expected to return to growth as inventory normalization completes; APAC to see Q4 acceleration, especially in China and India.
Net M&A expected to dilute FY 2025 revenue by ~2.0% and adjusted operating profit by ~5.5%; FX headwinds projected to reduce net revenue by ~3.3% and adjusted operating profit by ~5.1%.
Net interest cost expected at ~£260m, tax rate at ~24.5%, and non-controlling interest charge at ~£10m.
Variability in cold and flu season could impact guidance by 50–100 basis points.
