Executive summary
Group revenue grew 5.7% to $1.34B, driven by Pathology segment growth, and completed the sale of Lumis/Lumus Imaging, repaid all debt, and ended the year with a net cash position of $57.2M as of June 30, 2025.
Paid a special dividend of $0.41 per share following the Lumis Imaging sale.
Underlying EBIT from continuing operations was $17.1M, in line with consensus but down 27.2% year-over-year.
