Executive summary
Total transaction value (TTV) for FY25 was $3.8B, down 8.6% year-over-year, with strong forward bookings into FY26 and a focus on long-term growth.
Revenue fell 8.7% to $192M, but operating costs were reduced proportionally, maintaining profitability.
Underlying EBITDA was $60.6M, in line with guidance, and profit after tax rose 4.1% year-over-year.
