Helmerich & Payne Inc operates through three segments: U.S. Land, Offshore, and International Land. The U.S. Land segment provides onshore drilling activities in the United States. The Offshore segment focuses on platform drilling primarily on the Outer Continental Shelf along the Gulf of Mexico; and drilling services to historically develop shelf oil and natural gas reserves in the shallow and deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as other offshore markets in the Central North Sea, Africa and Asia Pacific regions. The International Land segment operates drill rigs in various international markets, including Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Mexico, the Middle East, Paraguay, Peru and Special Projects sites.
