Executive summary
Net sales for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, were ¥18,216 million, up 0.8% year-over-year.
Operating profit declined 13.5% year-over-year to ¥1,562 million, and profit attributable to owners of parent fell 11.7% to ¥1,141 million.
Comprehensive income decreased to ¥1,066 million from ¥1,316 million in the prior year.
Financial highlights
Gross profit was ¥3,532 million, down from ¥3,643 million year-over-year.
Ordinary profit dropped 13.1% year-over-year to ¥1,583 million.
Basic earnings per share was ¥101.60, compared to ¥111.59 in the previous year.
Cash flows from operating activities increased to ¥1,389 million from ¥766 million year-over-year.
Cash and cash equivalents at year-end were ¥7,668 million, down from ¥8,319 million.
Outlook and guidance
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, net sales are forecast to rise 9.8% to ¥20,000 million.
Operating profit is projected to decrease 23.2% to ¥1,200 million, and profit attributable to owners of parent to fall 31.6% to ¥780 million.
Basic earnings per share is expected at ¥74.83.
